I am Jorge Matla González, a Certified Real Estate Consultant with over 19 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors make intelligent and secure wealth decisions. My background combines over 15 years in the financial and banking sector with solid real estate experience, which allows me to analyze each transaction from a commercial, financial, legal, and strategic perspective. I currently reside in Mérida, Yucatán, where I advise on residential, wealth, and investment operations in the city, coastal areas, and the state's main growth zones. My specialty is accompanying clients who seek legal certainty, long-term vision, and proper risk evaluation before investing. I hold official real estate certifications and specialized training in productivity, negotiation, and business development. On a personal level, I enjoy mountain biking, an activity that has taught me discipline, resilience, and focus to achieve goals.
